Bruce & Walker Rod Testing Event
Sunday 21st June, Upper Islamouth

Bruce & Walker started in the early 1950s near London. James Bruce and Ken Walker became quickly famous for their hand-built split-cane and fiberglass rods.
Today the company is run by Ken’s daughter Kay and her husband Brian Potter, who are driven by the same obsession for superlative quality. All their rods are hand made in their workshop in Cambridgeshire. No mass production there, 80% of their orders are tailored to each specific angler’s requirements, and the options they offer are almost endless.

Starting at 10am and until 3pm, Brian and Kay will be on the stand with all the new Bruce & Walker rods for you to try. There will also be nibbles and drinks prepared by the Meikleour Arms, a raffle draw in support of AFYD (Angling For Youth Development).
The event is by invitation only. To receive one, just send us your contact details at fishing@islamouth.co.uk. Bruce&Walker and Meikleour Fishings look forward to seeing you.
