The iconic Meikleour Arms with its traditional pub and comfortable bedrooms is now directly managed by Meikleour Estate (bought in April 2013). We can accommodate you there, help you celebrate that whopper in our heartwarming bar, but also prepare your picnic and even deliver a hot pie directly to the hut.

If you are looking for even greater comfort and something more intimate, we continue to run the East Wing of Meikleour House as catered short term lets. The house is surrounded by its own mature grounds including the worlds tallest beech hedge and outstanding woodland gardens.
Meikleour House East Wing is entirely self contained and comprises of five bedrooms (three doubles & two twins) all with en suite bath or shower rooms, a large luxurious drawing room with log fire, dining room for up to ten, kitchen, staff flat, office, boot room. Throughout your stay we will provide a cook (and a very good one indeed!) as well as housekeeping as part of the package. Price for 3 days is £2000 incl. VAT (additional day is £500 incl VAT). The cook's fees (from £160 a day) as well as food and drinks expenses are payed directly to the cook by guests. Please contact Betty for more details if this may be of interest.
